Recent house, classified on 3*, with a large enclosed garden and a large private pool, located in the charming village of Argeliers. The environment is calm because the house is in a dead end. The main shops are located within 500 m.
This base is an excellent compromise for those who wish to combine the attractive seaside and cultural discoveries. The lively beaches resorts Gruissan and Narbonne beach stretch along the coast within a distance of 30 km. And, within a radius of 50 km, there are a wide range of excursions like Narbonne the roman city, the Corbieres and the Cathar castles, the medieval village of Minerve and the citadel of Carcassonne (World Heritage Site located in the UNESCO) and natural sites like the Canal du Midi, the Lake of Jouarres, the ponds of Bages (frequented by migratory birds), and also the regional park of La Clape (famous for its scenic hiking trails).
The house of 95 m², built on the same level, is comfortably furnished for 6 people with air conditionning in all rooms.
The garden of 1000 m² is decorated with a large swimming pool (12m x 6m) private and secured by an alarm, 2 tiled terraces one in front of the house, protected by an store and another on the side, shaded by 2 mulberry trees. The solarium also tiled, goes all around the pool. On the side of the swimming pool, independent toilet and shower. The lawned part of the garden is beautifully planted with trees and flowers. You also have a barbecue.
In the house: living room with american kitchen and lounge area, 1 double room, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 separate bathroom, 1 separate toilet.
Parking off road. Sorry no pets allowed. The owners speak Spanish.

The ideal situation is an asset for this holiday house at 30 km from major touristic attractions and white sandy beaches.

Belle maison avec propriétaire super sympa. Parfaitement entretenu. Belle piscine, qui a été nettoyée tous les matins.Enfants heureux parents heureux! Fortement recommandé!

Wij hebben een fijne vakantie gehad in de eerste week van juni, het huis ligt in een rustige wijk in Argeliers in een doodlopende straat. Weinig geluid / herrie van verkeer of andere zaken. Het zwembad (volledig privé) is zeer groot met een grote fraaie tuin rondom. Het is een volledig vrijstaand huis en heeft ook door de ommuring veel privacy. Het zwembad werd meerdere malen per week schoongemaakt en was perfect. Het huis zelf heeft een eenvoudige woonkamer en keuken, maar alles is aanwezig en doet het. En niet onbelangrijk, alles was erg schoon (alles behalve een vanzelfsprekendheid). Nette badkamer en toilet, eenvoudige slaapkamers maar met bedden met een goed matras (geen kuilen of doorgezakte bedden). De eigenaar is bijzonder vriendelijk (en sprak gelukkig ook Spaans) en had bij aankomst maar liefst 3 flessen wijn (Rosé, Rood en wit koud staan voor ons), plus 4 biertjes. Tevens stond er op zondag morgen een tas met Croissants en chocolade broodjes voor de deur! Dan nog de omgeving, het dorp licht midden tussen de wijnvelden waar bijzondere fraaie wandelingen kan maken vanaf het huis. Ook de vignerons van argeliers zitten op loopafstand, zeer betaalbare wijn (Cabernet - Syrah en Merlot zeer aan te raden). Ten noorden van het dorp zie je verder de zuid westelijke uitlopers van het centraal massief, leuk om wat uitstapjes daar te doen (rivieren, grotten, gorges, meren en bijzonder fraaie auto routes) De zee is natuurlijk ook relatief dichtbij en ook Carcassone is op +/- 40 km afstand. Kortom wij hebben een bijzonder prettige week gehad, en wil zeker nog wel een keer terug, wat ons betreft een absolute aanrader.

La maison est très propre. Elle est simple mais nous n'avons manqué de rien. Le propriétaire est adorable et nous à très bien accueillis. Il avait même mis des draps personnalisés pour nos enfants ! La piscine est agréable et privée. Et c'est très calme. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette villa ou tout est à disposition! Proche de tous commerces et en même temps au calme! Maison propre, personnes très accueillantes pour la remise des clés l entretien et disponible a la moindre quesion. Proprietaire très sérieux et de bons conseils pour passer un séjour très agréable...ideal avec des enfants! Nous recommandons à 100% et reviendrons volontiers!
