House is located on the outskirts of Beziers, near its historical center, shops and close to the beaches of Valras.

The house of 120 m² is comfortably furnished for 6 people. It is recent house and offers very good quality services. The enclosed garden of 460 m², well maintained, is planted with local species. It is equipped with a private swimming pool secured by an alarm. The decoration is neat and tasteful, especially in the very large living room of over 50 m² with living room, open kitchen and dining room open onto the terrace.

Upstairs : Landing with 1 single bed, 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 large bathroom with toilet.
Pool and garden views. The nearest shops are 600 m away. Parking in the grounds.

Très bel accueil
Maison très agréable avec sa terrasse et le coin piscine qui rajoutent au charme. Nous avons passé des vacances au calme àvec la découverte des écluses et de valras plage. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette maison et remercions le propriétaire pour son accueil .

Belle maison très agréable avec sa terrasse ombragée. Nous avons adoré et profité chaque jour de la superbe piscine. Grande buanderie pour rangement et grand dressing. Parking privatif. Propriétaire accueillant et très symphatique. Nous reviendrons !!
