This old barn of 450 m², comfortably furnished for 14 people, is on 2 levels. It has large living rooms, spacious veranda, dining area, cool summer, terrace to the south, another shaded under the trees, it is surrounded by gardens and flower areas : roses and other perennials. The large volumes and the space both inside and out will amaze you.
On the ground floor, reception area, large kitchen of 30 m² well equipped back to the spacious dining room open to a large veranda of more than 30 m² on one side and the other side to a nice shaded terrace where you can have your breakfast.
Upstairs, the central point is a large living room of 100 m² and each side 3 bedrooms with an other bedroom suite. On the 1st side, 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom, these 3 bedrooms have a private shower room and 1 separate toilet. In the middle, 1 spacious queen size bedroom en-suite bathroom with power shower and toilet. On the other side, 1 queen size bedroom with private bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with beds on 80, 1 independent bathroom and separate toilet. A lot of charm with modern benefits of very good comfort.
The swimming pool area secured by a barrier, at 50 m from the mas, is oriented to the west to enjoy the heat. Located in a small shaded park, access for children is possible only by a small bridge whose entrance can be closed. The private pool of 11m X 5m consists of a small bath 1m deep and a large bath over 2m deep. A large patio is done up with a living area and a dining area. It makes it possible to take the meals in the shade and festive dinners enlightened with the garland.

Charm and character. Noble materials and decoration of very good taste. A swimming pool of 11 m, a bucolic environment with desire and plethora of cultural sites to visit around. But what more can you expect ?
