Nice house located just outside the village, with a private swimming pool with balneotherapy and a large terrace comfortably furnished.
This is a very good compromise for those who want to combine the seaside attractions and cultural discoveries. Within a radius of 50 km, the excursions allow you to vary the points of interest : the Roman city of Narbonne, the Cathar castles of the Corbières, the medieval village of Minerve, the Citadel of Carcassonne (World Heritage of UNESCO) and natural sites like the famous Canal du Midi, the Jouarres lake Jouarres, the Bages bounds (frequented by migratory birds), and also the regional park of La Clape (known for its scenic hiking trails).
For lovers of relaxation, the lively beaches resorts of Gruissan and Valras plage and the more family oriented Narbonne plage; all within 30 km.
The house of 140 m² is comfortably furnished for 7 people. It has very nice volumes on the ground floor and large rooms. Several fans are at your disposal.

On the ground floor : kitchen with dining area, spacious living room with high ceilings, sleeping area with 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 separate shower room with toilet. The 2 bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen open with French doors to the terrace and the pool.
On the 1st floor: mezzanine, independent shower room with toilet and a spacious double bedroom with a dressing and living room corner.
Parking in front of the house. Sorry pets are not allowed.
our opinion
I really liked the huge terrace converted into several small spaces for various hobbies. And the 2 bedrooms downstairs overlooking this space. Promise of successful siestas!
