It is in the small village of Argeliers, between vineyards and valleys of the Minervois, there is this pleasant quiet house, classified in 3*.
Many local shops are at walking distance in this small town situated at about thirty kilometers from the first white sand beaches of Gruissan or Valras. The Canal du Midi (listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site) is 1.5 km away and offers its banks to walkers who will be delighted to hike along the shaded towpaths. Many habours, such as those of Capestang, Somail, Sallèles d'Aude and Homps punctuate its course and allow entertaining stopovers with boat rentals, bicycles, restaurants...
Notice to travelers eager for culture: they will be able to satisfy their curiosity with, within a radius of about fifty kilometers, the discovery of sites of great interest such as Carcassonne, the Cathar castles, the Romanesque abbeys, the village of Minerve and the one of Pézenas (where Molière lived)….
At the bottom of a dead end, in a quiet area, house of 160m² on 2 levels. It is comfortably furnished for 8 people with 3 independent air conditioning splits : 1 in the living room, 1 in the dining room and the last one on the landing of the 4 bedrooms located upstairs. The house has a small garden at the front and a large terrace at the back with a private swimming pool of 7mx4m protected by an alarm. The terrace furnished with garden furniture and deckchairs has a patio of abound 10m².
On the ground floor, entrance with fitted kitchen, independent dining room, independent living room and spacious bathroom with double sinks, bath and shower. These 2 rooms open directly onto the terrace at the back.
A staircase goes up to the bedrooms from the living room with 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom.
Parking at the bottom of the impasse in front of the house. Sorry pets are not allowed.
