In the heart of Minervois area famous for its wines, the village of Félines Minervois is near few hiking paths et biking trails. Cottage of 180 m², built with stones, with a large raised, flowery and enclosed garden of 600m² with its private small secured swimming pool, between Carcassonne and Minerve, for 8 persons but ideal for 6 persons. On the ground floor, a spacious room with a large fireplace and a dining room, 1 double bedroom, a fitted and independent kitchen, 1 shower room and 1 separates toilet. On the 1st floor 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom for children with 2 bunk beds, 1 nice and large shower room and 1 separate toilet. Air conditionning on these 3 bedrooms. Small swimming pool (5 m/4 m) equipped with a pool alarm, at a unique depth of 1,2 m and open from mid may to end of October. Views on the countryside and on the surrounding hills. Sorry pets are not allowed. Owners speak spanish.

Accueil chaleureux et familial, excellent séjour. Repos assuré dans un environnement typique. Belles vues de la piscine et grande terrasse avec barbecue idéal pour bons moments de convivialité

Maison et jardin magnifiques ! Elle est spacieuse et très joliment décorée. On s'y sent bien tout de suite. On est chaleureusement accueilli par la propriétaire qui sait se rendre très disponible sans jamais s'imposer. La région est très jolie ; beaucoup de choses à voir. Les amateurs de grillades sauront apprécier la cuisson au cep de vigne ! et les amoureux des oiseaux pourront profiter des hirondelles qui viennent s'abreuver le matin dans... la piscine

le séjour a été agréable car c'est une très belle région.
Medieval village of Minerve at 18 km, Citadel of Carcassonne (UNESCO World Heritage Site) at 28 km, attractive town of Narbonne at 44 km, festivities in Béziers at 58 km. Lézignan at 23 km. Few fortified villages in the vicinity.
