A charming villa classified on 3*, in the typical village of Talairan. This villa greets you with large open views over the south part of the Corbières hills, the ones hosting on its sides the famous AOC wines. The undulating countryside, picturesque scene of Cathar castles is an environment with exceptional walks for hikers. Migratory birds have settled on ponds near Sigean delight the curious. Relaxing is also part of it with the immediate vicinity of the white sandy beaches of Gruissan and Port la Nouvelle. The small family seaside resorts of the confidential Lapalme and La Franqui welcome lovers of authenticity.
Culture is also very present with Narbonne, 1st Gallo-Roman village outside of Italy, the medieval city of Carcassonne, the abbeys and Romanesque Fontfroide and Lagrasse ... and many other historical sights.
The 100 m² house is comfortably converted for 6/7 people. It offers a large swimming pool of 10 m X 5 m with depth of 1.60 m secured by an alarm.
On the ground floor : Spacious patio of 50 m² with water tap, fridge, 2 electric stoves, sofa, barbecue, shower and independant toilet.
On the 1st floor : 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 1 spacious double bedroom with private shower romm, 1 equipped and independant kitchen, 1 living, 1 shower room, 1 independant toilet.
Nice views over the swimming pool, the village and the surrounding countryside. Wireless internet connection. 30€ extra per week for 1 pet allowed.
our opinion
I have been impressed by the medieval village and especially by the ideal situation of this house : between the sea, many major cultural sites and breathtaking sceneries of Corbières. The large swimming pool is an asset. Excellent value for money.

De accommodatie op zich was prima. Zeer ruime woning, voorzien van alle comfort en gelegen in een uiterst rustige omgeving.

Ruime woning met prachtige badkamers. Zeer groot zwembad. Geheel ommuurde tuin. Zeer veel materiaal aanwezig, wel niet altijd even nieuw. (Weinig bestek en geen 4 dezelfde glazen noch borden). Klein dorpje net aan de buitenrand en toch 100 m van de kerk die pal in het midden staat. Proef/koop zeker de wijn die op het domein wordt gemaakt. Ook de buren maken kwaliteitswijn. De eigenaar woont in het huis achter het zwembad, zorgt 's morgens vroeg voor legen en aanvullen van de BBQ en stelt fietsen te beschikking.
Ook zeker gaan eten in Le temps des Courges in Lagrasse verrassende 3-gangenmenu's à €24.
Het middeleeuws Carcassonne is een uurtje rijden.

Maison est calme et un peu caché dans un petit village. Un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires (vignerons). Tout confort. Est un peu isolé de sorte qu'il faut un certain temps pour atteindre les sites touristiques (la côte, châteaux cathares, ..). Mais pour ceux qui recherchent la tranquillité, parfait.

Ook werden we niet ontvangen door de huiseigenaars, maar door een kennis. De accommodatie op zich was prima. Zeer ruime woning, voorzien van alle comfort en gelegen in een uiterst rustige omgeving.
