The 250 m² mas is comfortable for 8 people with private swimming pool. It is adjacent to and lies in an area of more than 1 hectare. At ground floor: entrance hall, large living room with fireplace, spacious kitchen, 1 kingsize bedroom with private bathroom and WC. Beautiful stone staircase. On 1st floor: 1 queensize bedroom with private bathroom and WC also, 1 double bedroom en suite room with 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom and WC. Views on the countryside. Sorry no pets allowed. Zeer leuke ruime woning. De kamers zijn behoorlijk groot en voorzien van een badkamer. Omgeving ideaal om in de ochtend te gaan joggen. In de omgeving zijn er heel wat leuke steden om te bezoeken. Ten slotte zijn er wijnhuizen in de direct omgeving waar je volop wijn kan proeven. Aanrader: Gayda.

Maison joliment restaurée, vastes pièces à vivre, grandes chambres. C'est beau on y est bien, il fait bon le soir, même au milieu de l'été, au milieu des vignes, piscine parfaitement sécurisée par une clôture et un portail, aucune nuisance de l'exploitation viticole ou des voisins, accès facile aux sites touristiques alentours (Limoux, Mirepoix, Carcassonne...)

Het huis was heel innemend, heel mooie ligging tussen de wijnvelden. Enig punt dat voor verbetering vatbaar zou zijn is de toegangklijkheid van het (prima) zwembad, mocht er achteraan een doorgang zijn........ We hadden er een leuke vakantie, vriendelijk personeel en alle comfort. Voor herhaling vatbaar :)
