Character and charm for this stone cottage situated in a vineyard in operation at the edge of a small village, between the Corbières and Minervois. It is nestled in the heart of a panorama of landscapes, that this house is step between relaxation and discovery. This base is close to all tourist interests in the region: the Canal du Midi and Carcassonne (all 2 World Heritage Sites of UNESCO), the Cathar castles and abbeys, the village of Minerve on its rocky peak, the lake of Jouarre with sailing base ... and the white sandy beaches of Gruissan at 48 km. The vineyard has 3 cottages this cottage, an other one for 5 people and the last one only for 2 people. These 3 cottages share the large pool. The 160 m² divided on 2 levels is comfortably equipped for 6 people. At ground floor: large living room of 45 m² with lounge and dining room, kitchen and separate toilet. On 1st floor: 1 large bedroom with 2 double beds and 1 other bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Each of the 2 rooms has its private shower room with separate toilet. The cottage has a private terrace facing the pool. Swimming pool offers 3 separate spaces : 1 American beach 0.40 m deep for small children, a wading pool for children and more daring the deep end. Parking off road on the ground. Views over the pool and the hills of the Minervois. Sorry no pet allowed.

Gezellige vakantie in een aangename omgeving maar iets te ver afgelegen van winkels en andere ontspanningsmogelijkheden (+- 7 km. tot Lezignan, 28 tot Carcassonne en een 30tal tot Narbonne). De mogelijkheid tot zwemmen ter plaatse en de zeer aangename verhuurders compenseerden evenwel dit ongemak.

Très bien situé dans la région de l'Aude pour qui veut visiter les lieux historiques et faire des balades à vélo. C'est de la qualité. Nous gardons un souvenir mémorable de notre séjour. Nous qui venions de loin, nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison. À recommander.

Charmants propriétaires très à l'écoute de nos souhaits avec les explications et des conseils judicieux. Petite dégustation conviviale avec Mer G. qui nous a donné de précieuses indications sur ses vins rosés et rouges. Tres beau gîte rustique et tres belles infrastructures. À refaire assurément. Séjour des plus agréable chez des personnes charmantes dans un décor typique. Merci madame et monsieur G.

Gite situé dans un cadre très agréable, calme, éloigné de l'agitation touristique, paysages aux alentours qui sont un régal pour la vue. Belles prestations dans cette maison bien équipée. Accueil du propriétaire très sympathique, découverte appréciable de son activité de viticulteur. Région touristique, mais sans les désagréments et les travers liés au tourisme de masse en juillet- août.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, par des personnes très soucieuses de notre confort et toujours présentes pour nous renseigner sur des site à visiter ou quelques bons restaurants de la région. Encore merci à eux pour ce merveilleux séjour dans cette belle région.
