Nice cottage, classified on 3*, completely restored with tasteful decoration and spacious rooms for this stone house located in a working vineyard. Wine tasting and visit in the wineyard with a winemaker in the vineyard (as linguistic capacity each).
The Domaine is located on the outskirts of the village of Conilhac la montagne, in the heart of Cathar country, in the wilderness. Ideal starting point for many hikes and discoveries for both natural and cultural. The proximity of the famous city of Carcassonne and the famous Canal du Midi (both World Heritage by UNESCO), the Cathar castles and mysterious Abbey of Rennes le Chateau, reflect a rich heritage. Nature is everywhere : huge forests, hiking trails, mountain biking paths, water sports, tennis ... and here you are at the heart of a great vineyard, the Blanquette de Limoux.
The cottage of 100 m² is comfortably equipped for 6 people with private pool. It is semi attached with an unused building in a Domaine of 5 hectares. You have a private area of 1000 m² at the back of the cottage with a private pool of 7,30 m x 3,50 m secured by an alarm.
Ground floor: large living room of 50 m² with living area, spacious kitchen, dining area and independant toilets. Old wooden staircase.
1st floor: 1 kingsize bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 indepandant shower room and independant toilets.
Beautiful views of the countryside. Sorry pets are not allowed.
The person in charge of the reception speaks Spanish.

The 3 reasons to rent this cottage are : nice and tastefull renovation, the quietness of the environment surrounded by grapes and outstanding views on surrounding hills.

Comfortabel en net vakantiehuis met prachtig zicht op de Pyreneeën. De eigenaars zijn super-vriendelijk.

L'arrivée était bon. Seules les coordonnées KO était simplement regarder. Le logement était excellent et le cadre est agréable. Beaucoup d'histoire. Par exemple, le pays des Cathares.

Toute personne en quête de tranquillité et de vues devrait certainement choisir cette propriété. La maison elle-même est assez spacieuse. Les propriétaires vivent à côté de la maison, mais laisser votre esprit à l'aise et sont super sympa. La voiture est pour tout le séjour dans un garage ouvert. L'eau de la piscine était assez froide, mais a pris soin de refroidissement. Nous allons certainement y retourner!

Mooi en verzorgd vakantiehuis, alles is aanwezig wat aanwezig moet zijn. Het uitzicht is schitterend en wie houdt van natuur en rust moet niet te lang twijfelen. Er is wifi maar gaat traag en er is wel geen DVD speler. Zwembad is niet verwarmd maar als de zon haar werk doet warmt het zwembad snel op. Vriendelijke en gedienstige eigenaars. Het terugkomen waard!
