House description
Very pleasant environment for this farmhouse with a private pool in quiet area on the outskirts of the charming village of Roquemaure. Numerous of cultural sites such as the Pont du Gard, a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, the medieval town of Uzes and Avignon is nearby. Some others are may be a little less known but worth a visit : the charming village of Goudargues, Orange and its ancient theater, Nîmes and its square house ... Lovers of outdoor sports and whitewater will enjoy the numerous golf courses, hiking trails, mountain bike routes around and the gorges of Ardeche nearby. It is a particular situation while being less than 90 km from the beaches of Grau du Roi and La Grande Motte.
The village offers all the shops.
The house of 200 m² is comfortably furnished for 9 people. It adjoins the owner's one, but ther is no overlooked, it is completly private and fenced. It is situated on a plot privatized and closed 3000 m², partly lawn with trees and flowers.
2 terraces allow to enjoy the environment. One of more than 70 m , facing the house is shaded and the other 40 m² is covered. A large private swimming pool of 8.5 m X 4.5 m is secured by an alarm and a small barrier. All around : beaches decorated with chairs and sun loungers to enjoy the quiet and greenery. On site, ping -pong, swing and the owner can possibly lend you one canoe.
The house has on ground floor, 1 entrance, 1 separate kitchen, 1 large living / dining room over 40 m², 1 double bedroom with shower room and toilet, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90, 1 independent bathroom and separate toilet.
2 bedrooms are upstairs, one accessible from the bedroom with two beds and the other from the living room. Each of the two spacious bedrooms has a 160 bed, one has in addition a single bed. Each of the 2 rooms have independant air conditioning.
Wifi internet access . Beautiful garden views, pool and countryside. Sorry pets are not allowed.

An ideal place for those who want to isolate themselves, relax and enjoy a quiet surrounding nature. It is also an ideal starting point for many cultural visits.

Sehr schönes großes Haus mit schöner Einrichtung und Dekoration und traumhaftem Garten. Die Besitzer wohnen im Winter selber dort, so dass die Einrichtung deutlich schöner ist als in einem durchschnittlichen Ferienhaus. Geschirr und alles, was in der Küche benötigt wird, ist reichlich vorhanden. Der Pool ist toll, vor allem für die Kinder. Außerdem gibt es eine Tischtennisplatte, Schaukeln und Boulekugeln. Wir hatten eine super Zeit, auch wenn das Wetter leider nicht immer mitgespielt hat.

Das Haus ist optimal für Gäste, die Ruhe suchen, da es sich außerhalb des Ortes befindet, ist ein Auto von Vorteil. Bei ungünstigem Wind ist etwas die Autobahn zu hören, aber es stört nicht. Das Haus selbst ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und alles was man braucht vorhanden. Es wurden auch zusätzliche Handtücher für den Pool bereitgelegt. Im sehr großen Garten gibt es mehrere Sitz- und Rückzugsecken, so dass sich jeder seine Ruheecke suchen kann. Es gibt eine Tischtennisplatte mit Tischtennisschlägern und ein Boulespiel. Im Haus sind mehrere Brettspiele und zwei TV mit DVD Playern. Die Eigentümer sind immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen sehr früh gereinigt, so dass wir diesen in vollen Zügen genießen konnten.
