House description

Beautiful recent villa, in a garden planted with trees and a large private pool, located in a dead of the village of Coursan. The environment is quiet and the main shops are in the village center within 600 m.
This resort is an excellent compromise for those who want to combine seaside attractions and cultural discoveries.
The lively beaches seaside of Gruissan and Saint Pierre la mer are at 15 km. And, within 50 km, there are numerous excursions possibilities with different interests. Cultural attractions with the Abbey Fontfroide, the Cathar castles of the Corbieres, the medieval village of Minerve and the famous citadel of Carcassonne (World Heritage by UNESCO) and of course the Roman city of Narbonne whose center is at 6 km only.
Also discover a magnified nature with the Canal du Midi, the Lake of Jouarres, the Bages bounds frequented by migratory birds, and the regional park of La Clape renowned for its hiking trails.
The house of 200 m² is comfortably furnished for 6 persons. The owner has on 1st floor of a small apartment, which rarely uses it with completely independent entrance. No nuisance as the entrance is on the other side of the house.
Ground floor : entrance, kitchen open onto the pool area, dining room, living room, a veranda overlooking the garden, large master suite with electric 160 bed, dressing room and separate bathroom with shower and bath and 2 basins, separate toilet.
First floor: 1 double bedroom , 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, independant shower room with WC.
The house is very well equipped. The 1,000 m² garden is completely fenced planted with trees, flowers and partly grassed. It has a large private swimming pool 10m x 4m secured by an infrared alarm. The beaches are arranged in solarium pool 150 m² with barbecue area.
