This nice quite house, classified on 3*, lies in the small village of Argeliers between valleys and vineyards of the Minervois.
All local shops are in this village situated at about thirty kilometers from the first white sandy beaches of Gruissan and Valras. The Canal du Midi (World Heritage Site by UNESCO) at 1.5 km offers its banks to walkers who will love to hike on shaded towpaths. Many harbours such as Capestang, Le Somail, Sallèles d'Aude and Homps punctuate its course and allow for entertaining stops with boat rentals, bicycles, restaurants ...
Cultural seekers can satisfy their curiosity within a radius of 50 kilometers with the discovery of major landmarks including Carcassonne, the Cathar castles, few abbeys, villages of Minerve and Pezenas (where famous writer Molière lived) ....
The detached house of 130 m², built on the same level, is comfortably furnished for 8 persons. Quietly, it has an enclosed landscaped garden of 1400 m². It is decorated with a private pool and secured by a tarpaulin. The decor is simple and the house is well equipped. It has an entrance, a large living room of 40 m² with living / dining room opening onto the veranda and the pool, 1 separate kitchen, 1 bedroom with 160 bed, 1 double bedroom with bunk beds, each with direct access to a bathroom with toilet between the 2 bedrooms, 1 further double bedroom, 1 separate bathroom, 1 separate toilet. Views of the pool and garden.
Parking for 2 cars or on the enclosed grounds. 30 € extra per week for 1 pet allowed.
our opinion
To whom wants to combine relaxation and cultural discoveries. A good quality /price for a quiet house with private pool. The beaches are less than 30 kms.

Trés agréable séjour de 2 semaines en Juillet. Trés belle villa très propre avec un extérieur vraiment propice à la détente et au dépaysement avec ses différents espaces décorés avec goût....bravo nous avons adoré! La propriétaire belge est à proximité mais d'une très grande discrétion. La piscine est nettoyée chaque jour. Trés appréciable le ménage final. Rien ne manque en équipement. Région riche en promenades. Trés bon accueil , merci encore à notre hôte.

Superbe maison plein pied pour 8 personnes avec 3 Salles d'eau ,2 wc, grande veranda donnant sur la piscine le tout sur un terrain clos et arboré de 1400M2. Endroit très calme à la campagne.
