The area is full of so many cultural interests as natura l: the famous Canal du Midi just at 5 km (classified UNESCO World Heritage); the citadel of Carcassonne (also classified as World Heritage by UNESCO) at 27 km; the Cathar castles, the closest of which is at 33 km; the medieval villages of Fanjeaux at 18 km and Mirepoix at 37 km. As for the natural attractions : the chasm of the caves of Cabrespine and Limousis (every 2 international reputation) are within 50 km. The lakes of St. Ferrol and Ganguise, for nautical activities and picnic areas, within 20 kms. 3 golf courses within 50 kms (2 around Toulouse and 1 in Carcassonne); the city of the birds and the Australian village in Carcassonne at 27 km. You'll be spoiled for choice, without forgetting to taste the famous cassoulet of Castelnaudary and the inevitable blanquette de Limoux. A trip to the sea is quite possible in the day, since it takes 100 kms to rally Mediterranean in Gruissan. The house of 75 m² offers good comfort for 4 people. It is quietly nestled in lush surroundings in the foothills of the Black Mountain. It has a living erea of over 30 m² with living room and dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, 1 double bedroom and a mezzanine with 1 double bed and bunk beds. Outside, small shaded terrace and relaxation area with private swimming pool 7 m X 3.5 m with a flat bottom. It is secured by a fence and has are sun decks on its beaches. Other terrace with garden furniture. In the same space, Jacuzzi 5 seats and 5 seats sauna as well, both are completely private. This ensures a successful holiday.
