A charming villa situated outside of the typical village of Thézan des corbières. This villa greets you with open views over the south part of the Corbières hills, the ones hosting on its sides the famous AOC wines. The undulating countryside, picturesque scene of castles and Abbayes is an environment with exceptional walks for hikers. Migratory birds have settled on ponds near Sigean delight the curious. Relaxing is also part of it with the immediate vicinity of the white sandy beaches of Gruissan and Port la Nouvelle. The small family seaside resorts of the confidential Lapalme and La Franqui welcome lovers of authenticity.
Culture is also very present with Narbonne, 1st Gallo-Roman village outside of Italy, the medieval city of Carcassonne, the very close Abbeys of Fontfroide and Lagrasse ... and many other historical sights.
