Very pleasant environment for this farmhouse with a private pool in quiet area on the outskirts of the charming village of Roquemaure. Numerous of cultural sites such as the Pont du Gard, a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, the medieval town of Uzes and Avignon is nearby. Some others are may be a little less known but worth a visit : the charming village of Goudargues, Orange and its ancient theater, Nîmes and its square house ... Lovers of outdoor sports and whitewater will enjoy the numerous golf courses, hiking trails, mountain bike routes around and the gorges of Ardeche nearby. It is a particular situation while being less than 90 km from the beaches of Grau du Roi and La Grande Motte. The village offers all the shops. Apartment of 105 m², located on 1st floor of a detached house, comfortably furnished for 6 people. You have a large garden of 3000 m ² completely fenced, this lawned and flowered garden is to be shared possibly with the owners. Nevertheless the large swimming pool of 10m X 5 m is completely privative. A large terrace around the swimming pool, partly covered, equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue allow to fully enjoy the environment. The apartment has an entrance, 1 fitted kitchen, 1 large living / dining room of more than 40 m², 3 spacious double bedrooms, 1 independent bathroom and separate WC. Each room has an independent air condition. A terrace turns around the apartment and is accessible from the kitchen and lounge / dining room. It is a very nice place to have breakfast while admiring the surrounding hills. Internet connection in Wifi. Private parking fenced. The village offers all local shops. Erg vriendelijke mensen. Het huis is een boven woning met veel ruimte en heerlijk gekoeld door airco. Bij het zwembad is er prima gelegenheid om te zitten en te liggen zonnen. De eigenaren zijn af en toe zichtbaar in de tuin. Jammer dat zij alleen Frans kunnen praten en wij vrijwel geen Frans. Maar een vertalings app heet goed geholpen. De eigenaren kwamen af en toe lekkers uit eigen tuin aan ons geven.

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par le jardin et l'espace pisicne qui est grand et à l'abri des regards. Ce qui nous a permis de passer de superbes vacances.
