In a vineyard still in activity, the cottage is located on the first valleys of the Regional Park of Haut Languedoc renowned for its natural and cultural heritage preserved. This Park, dotted with lakes, is crossed by many hiking trails and mountain bike trails. It benefits from a climate influence, Atlantic and Mediterranean; which results in exceptional biological and landscape diversity. Located between Béziers and Bedarieux, the cottage of 100 m² is comfortably furnished for 6 people with a large terrace offering beautiful views over the vineyard and the surrounding hills. The domaine, consisting of vineyards, olive groves and forest, extends over several hectares. A large pool to share with another cottage is secured by a barrier. At disposal : deckchairs, garden tables and many water games. Built on a same level, fitted kitchen / dining room / living room with open fireplace, sleeping area with 3 steps leading to 2 double bedrooms, separate bathroom and separate toilet. Clear view from the pool and the surrounding hills. Wireless connection point at 800 m. 30 € extra per week for 1 animal allowed. The owner speaks Spanish.
