House description

Large cottage of 180 m² located in a working wine estate near Minerve, between the villages of Aigne and Mailhac.
Less than 12 km around, many excursions of cultural interests are possible : the famous Canal du Midi (classified in World heritage of UNESCO), the picturesque medieval village of Minerve on its rocky peak, the village of Bize minervois with its circulade and the Oulibo, olive mill and its pleiade of products made from the olive.
A little further away, the city of Narbonne with its rich Roman past, the village of Capestang and its castle, the Amphoralis museum located in Sallèles d'aude crossed by the Canal du Midi.
The activities related to nature are also diverse : the Lake of Jouarres with its nautical base ; the village of Cessenon and all its white water sports ; the village of Bages located along the pond known for harboring migratory birds ; the massif of Clape preferred by hikers and mountain bikers and of course, the white sand beaches of Gruissan.
Located in the countryside, this cottage is comfortably furnished for 12 people.
The garden of 300 m² and the private swimming pool of 8m X 4m are quietly located and no overlooked.
Small entrance with cement paving stones, living with enclosed roomheater, large living area of more than 60 m², with an other enclosed roomheater, with dining kitchen area and access to the garden, 1 independent bathroom with corner bathtub and independant shower romm with toilet. Upstairs, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. On the 2nd floor, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. From the ground floor, another staircase gives you access to 1 queen size bedroom and 1 twin bedroom and 1 separate bathroom with toilet.
Large semi-covered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. A private swimming pool of 8mx4m protected by a security barrier is open on a lawned area.
Parking off road. 30 €/week extra for 1 animal accepted.
