The idleness of the seaside is also part of it with the immediate proximity of the wide white sand beaches of Gruissan and Port la Nouvelle. The small, more confidential resorts of La Palme and La Franqui will welcome lovers of authenticity.
Culture is also very present with the proximity of Narbonne, the 1st Gallo-Roman villa outside Italy, the medieval city of Carcassonne, the Roman Abbeys of Fontfroide and Lagrasse ... and so many other historical curiosities.
This beautiful stone house of 190 m², quiet, offers excellent comfort for the holidays for 8 people. You have a large swimming pool of 10m x 5m protected by a roller shutter and in summer time by an alarm which will allow you to enjoy a good water temperature from the end of May until the beginning of October. It is located in a beautiful garden with trees and flowers of 900 m², all completely fenced and well maintained. You can enjoy a real private fenced tennis court.
