Character and charm for this cottage situated in a vineyard in operation at the edge of a small village, between the Corbières and Minervois. It is nestled in the heart of a panorama of landscapes, that this house is step between relaxation and discovery. This base is close to all tourist interests in the region: the Canal du Midi and Carcassonne (all 2 World Heritage Sites of UNESCO), the Cathar castles and abbeys, the village of Minerve on its rocky peak, the lake of Jouarre with sailing base ... and the white sandy beaches of Gruissan at 48 km. The vineyard has 3 cottages, 1st one for 6 people, 2nd one for 5 people and 3d one for only 2 people. All share the very large swimming pool. The 40 m² on the same level is comfortably equipped for 2 people. On 1st floor : spacious room to live, bedroom and shower room with toilet. The cottage has a large private terrace of 40 m² equipped with transats and terrace furniture. Swimming pool offers 3 separate spaces : 1 American beach 0.40 m deep for small children, a wading pool for children and more daring the deep end. Some sun loungers are around the pool. Parking off road on the ground. Views over the hills of the Minervois from the pool. Sorry no pet allowed.
